I'd secretly ordered the print for a relative for Christmas and have to say I'm really happy with the result. The packaging could have been sturdier as it was delivered by Royal Mail and only had bubble-wrap and outer packaging but it did arrive in one piece and the picture is excellent. It does come with frame but I dare say she may want to put the picture in a stronger and more permanent frame. Overall highly recommend and should the event arise would definately recommend to a friend or family. Far better than the reviews would suggest.

Fantastic and very lifelike,. Bought my own frame and as it drawing comes rolled up would suggest unrolling straight away and leave flat as has gone into frame with slight kink which shows up through the glass. Would definitely recommend was a lovely present for my husband’s birthday.

When our boy passed away I ordered this beautiful print. The print has been adjusted slightly from the original but has been done very well and I had the option to make any changes that I needed. I didn’t order with the frame but had no problems finding a frame to fit.

Sent a photo of Chelsea one of our Springer Spaniels and requested a 'realistic' portrait. The proof was sent within 36 hours of order. I contacted the Company and requested a very slight alteration. This was done and a further proof sent, again within about 36 hours. No charge was made for this. I approved the proof and received the finished, framed portrait about 3 days later. It is superb!!! Purchased as a Christmas present for my partner and I now can't wait for Christmas to give it to him. We have 3 dogs but I had this one done solely of Chelsea as my partner chose her from the litter and has a 'soft spot' for her. Assuming that, at sometime in the future, I can get all 3 dogs to sit together long enough for me to take a photo of them I will definitely be ordering again.

It was an arduous experience! The first and second prints looked nothing like the photographs. So I rejected them and sent new photos which I had to pay more money for. The third photo I sent looked like Murphy so we got there in the end!
