Absolutely appalled at the level of service you provide. Not only has my product not arrived yet due to royal mail being unable to deliver it. I have emailed yourselves numerous times and yet to await a response. I even doubt you’ll respond to this. This was meant to be a birthday surprise and you have managed to ruin that. All good at first and received proof within 24hrs & approved. After that did not receive any updates as to progress and when picture would be dispatched, I had to chase and update I received wasn’t very helpful. Arrived just under 2 weeks. However, the artwork is beautiful and looks just like my beautiful bunny. Frame supplied was cheap and had a few scratches on it.
All in all very happy with picture but keeping customer updated needs to be improved.

After being let down by another company I found mypetframe. I'm always sceptical of these things and worry it's a scam, but the result was perfect. I specified which way round I wanted the lizards, customised the writing, and requested some changes after receiving the first draft. The boys look exactly as they do. For anyone worried that the pets might not come out looking like them- I'm pretty sure they just kind of colour over the photos you send them so it can't go far wrong. Then you can request any amendments anyway (had a few issues with lizard feet but appreciate they probably don't get requested very often!)

I Brought one of these for my best friend who lost her dog about a month ago. The ordering process was easy to find my way around, and I went for a realistic portrait of her dog. The proof came back and I wasn't totally happy with it as it looked too superimposed, I sent the proof back 3 times and eventually went for a watercolour background, they nailed it, it was perfect and brought the picture to life. She absolutely adores it, we both cried when we saw it, it was beautiful. Just remember this isn't a hand painted portrait it is all done digitally to look like a painting, but the results are lovely. I'm definitely going to be buying more. I do wish the frame was a bit better though as its a bit plastic and light, but once on the wall it looks great.

I received my first proof within 24 hours, and he as perfect. My second cat (the one on the right, tuxedo cat), took a little over a week to get my proof and I had to make changes to that one. It still looks a little bit like an alien if you get too close but it’s perfect for my needs. The portraits are based off of your photos so I’m sure if I had better pictures of him it would be easier and he’d look more handsome (but he died in 2018 so I didn’t have any good close ups).
