I hadnt used mypetframe before and when searching there seemed to be a few pet portrait companies out there. From their website the pictures mypetframe supply looked like the best, and I wasnt disspointed. I decide to place my order and from the outset the communication was brilliant. We went through a couple of proof pictures which the team changed exactly how I asked for, and in a very quick time frame. When the framed picture arrived I was incredibly happy. The quality of the picture is beautiful and the frame it came in looks fantastic. I bought it for my wifes birthday and she loved it so much she now wants one of the cat!! :D

I love our picture, but was disappointed in the service. It took 3 days to get the first proof and nearly 2 weeks to get the final proof through, with me chasing several times in between. I was offered a token 10% discount as compensation, but I had to chase this as it didn't arrive. For the huge delay that I experienced, I feel disappointed in the small gesture.

It looks stunning! The only slight disappointment I had, was the two little creases in the artwork. The aren't noticeable unless you're close, but for what I paid, I would expect it to be placed inside the frame a little gentler. But it is beautiful and I do love it.
