The initial proof came back quickly and after 3 tweaks the picture was ordered. It arrived in good time, but the colours were quite different on the framed print to those on the proof. When I contacted my pet frame about this I have received no response!

Made an order 4th December, approved on 6th December with a delivery lead time advertised of 3-4 working days. No tracking info so enquired when not received after 2 weeks, to be promised delivery in 2 days. A further week later, no order arrived, an excuse of new shipping provider given with a guarantee of Christmas delivery. Then informed on Christmas Eve my order will not arrive until mid January. This is a month after the order. This was a gifted portrait of our dog that we lost this year. Terrible customer service and added to our grief. Don’t bother

It was made very difficult to change the size although they were contacted within hours of placing the order and before the proof was sent so no work had commenced. After loads of tennis email and me threatening to exert my right to cancel order quoting 14 day mandatory right to cancel on any online order it was finally sorted. Not brilliant customer service and disillusioned even though ordered lots of portraits in the past. Seems when have a problem company not quite so obliging.

I never received my item due to it being delivered to an incorrect address. The gift was for a friend for Christmas who is now travelling and I won’t be seeing them for a few months. I have been offered a 40% refund then 50% however this is no use as I haven’t received the item so I’d expect a full refund

Not happy, received a replacement today, still the incorrect colours. Right side perfect left side, well no idea where the grey has come from. Nothing like the proof, Crumble is the same colour on both sides, looks like 2 different dogs, a grey dog on the left and a multi coloured dog on the right. Very upset
and will never recommend anyone to get one of your portraits. They are not painted otherwise is would have tuned out differently on the replacement. Nothing much has changed, apart from the grey is even darker, absolute waste of money, can't give it to my daughter for Christmas as nothing like the colour of her dog.

The digital proof was lovely but when the framed picture arrived I was not impressed. As she was a black in colour dog I appreciate it can be difficult to replicate but you can hardly see her features... just looks like a black shape!

I was so looking forward to receiving my portraits especially after all the wonderful reviews.
However when I requested some changes to be made to one of them the artist kept adjusting the wrong one. I asked for it to be returned to the original proof but when it arrived it seemed much darker. I contacted them straight away to say how disappointed I was and could it be resolved but the after care was shocking! I got a very rude email response saying that they couldn’t see anything wrong with it and that was it. Asked to be referred to a manager but never responded.
I am never normally one to complain but they kept emailing asking for a review so after giving you time to resolve my complaint but with no response-here is my review

First of all the communication was appalling, you had my application for a week before telling me that I hadn’t downloaded a photo ( which I had ). Also, the picture was for my husbands birthday as we lost our dog a few weeks ago at the age of 19. When you sent me the proof I was so desperate get it in time for this occasion I overlooked how large her neck was on the print ( my fault ). This was due to the photo I sent of my dog sitting on her blanket which was removed from the print. I think because the blanket was dark blue you estimated how broad her neck was, unfortunately it was done twice the size. Yes I should have checked, but as I said after all the chasing I had to do to get this print, I think I just looked at her face ( which is good) , but overlooked anything else.
Sadly my husband wasn’t impressed.
