Love the picture when it eventually arrived. Hade to reject it several times to get the eye colour right. After a request to change colour the next proof came back exactly the same. No change had been made. When the picture arrived the frame was damaged - glass broken in corner & chip to frame. Emailed immediately with pictures of damage & twice since with no response. Shockingly poor customer service. This picture was purchased as a gift for a special friends birthday. I have now been unable to give it to her as you have not helped in any way. I am now going through PayPal to try and get some sort of refund because as a last resort I have had to purchase a frame myself at extra expense. Will never use you again and will warn others of lack of care from you over something that was so special. Cannot express how disappointed I am in your company. This issue has caused me a huge amount of stress as I organised it on behalf of others as a joint gift and I feel now that I have let them down. I even sent an email to your so say founder of the company Sam who again has not responded. What a massive error I have made in choosing your company.

What can I say. Our beautiful dog rabbit passed away at 12.5 years old and I got this picture to help the children with the loss of her. My husband opened the parcel when it came and sobbed and sobbed as it’s spot on to what she looked like . The picture is up and somewhere we can all see daily, the children are saying hello to rabbit everytime they pass it , thank you so much

We absolutely love our picture. We’ve had so many compliments and people asking where we got it done…so plenty of recommendations offline already. The process was relatively easy too. I simply sent in 3 separate photos, asking for specifics like collar removed on one etc. We received our first proof which needed a couple of amendments. I then made 2 further amendments to the next proof and once I was happy with the image I approved the final proof. The end product was delivered to us within a couple of days and it was well packaged and delivered with care. Great work and thank you so much for our beautiful picture

Not overly impressed. My first photo that I sent through of my black and white cat, I don’t know how, but someone made my cat not look like my cat one bit. The mouth was frowning and it made her look really sad and I can 100% say it looked nothing like the photo. So I sent another one through and I got charged £8 for another photo but basically I got charged £8 for someone else’s mistake?????? I personally think it gets done wrong on purpose to get more money out of people, but hey ho. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

I reported to you on 1st March 2024 that the tabs on the frame of my print were not correct and had damaged the plastic meaning I couldn’t give my son the picture for his birthday.
I'm still waiting (on 11th March) on a new frame that I was promised would be sent out as soon as possible, I still haven’t given the picture as a gift as it’s damaged. Really disappointed!!!!!
I would not recommend this service and am really really disappointed. £60 was a lot to part with and I then had to find more money to buy something else because the gift was damaged. No thoughts for the little people in life who put all trust in you providing what you said you would.

I ordered a single portrait with watercolour style.
Turn around for the first draft of the image was within 48 hours and delivered as a link to view. This was very close to what I wanted, and it was easy to add comments before "rejecting" the picture to request modifications.
The artist accommodated my changes on a couple of things (which were fairly minor) and new draft was issued within 24 hours at most, within a couple of hours for others. Then I just needed to click the "Accept" and await delivery for the physical. Digital copy of the art arrived almost immediately.
The final physical print was a very nice stock, with a good frame which is nicely packaged. Gift was given and very happily received, all in all a great experience!

We had a picture of our elder lab done a few years ago and have just had one done of our younger boy who we sadly lost recently the only thing wrong which we didn’t quite pick-up on the proof is that this one is much darker maybe a bit to dark compared to. Ordering was easy enough and I do love my print but don't believe they are hand drawn. They are definitely drawn using an AI sort of program.
Getting changes made were tricky and I gave up in the end after 3 attempts as it was getting nearer to xmas (24hrs each time) and just accepted my print as it was (still love it though). I don't think an actual person deals with your change requests, again perhaps AI because mine weren't carried out.
Delivery was good and packaged well.
