I needed a portrait to include all 4 of our much loved German Shepherd Dogs going back to getting our first puppy in December 1991, and following the sad loss of our third GSD in January 2023, I wanted a picture to show them all together. Communication with My Pet Frame UK was efficient and effective. The timescale did go beyond what I was originally lead to believe, but as I ordered this portrait as a Father's Day gift for my husband I had allowed more than enough time and it was much more important to me to get it right. There were options to fast track your order, at additional cost, but provided you allow enough time to order your item, make any amendments you need and allow for printing and delivery, I would more than happily recommend. I have read negative reviews and I hope those reviewers are being fair in their comments. But I can honestly say that my only criticism would be that the company appears to be a victim of its own success with more orders than they can deal with in the promised deadline. Once again if you're considering ordering I would recommend just build in plenty of time to get the desired outcome for you.
