This is the second picture I've had the first was our jack Russell we sadly lost two years ago and this one is a present for my mum who lost her jack Russell a few weeks ago. We absolutely love them. Fantastically drawn. Fabulous quality and a great addition to our walls. Highly recommend getting one done. It won't be my last picture from here. The artists are amazing. They really capture your pet in their artwork.

Must admit I was a,bit dubious when I first ordered, having been very disappointed with some Internet Orders. However there was clearly no need for me to feel that way. I was sent a proof of what I wanted very quickly and I had to make a few changes to this proof. Within a day I was sent a further proof which was just as I wanted, I confirmed it and very soon afterwards received the print by courier. My wife and I are very pleased with the poster and it now hangs proudly on our 'dog' wall. Thankyou.

So I discovered My Pet Frame on Face Book. Usually I am dubious about FB ads but these looked so good I just had to have one. When the water colour proof of our late Border Collie Tam was received in less than 24 hours it was stunning. So stunning I immediately ordered a second framed water colour of our late Rough Collie Breeze. When they arrived by post, (a secret), my wife was stunned. She said she had never seen anything like them. Speechless. I have since ordered three further Portraits of our current dogs two in original style one further water colour. The picture captures our boy Freddie absolutely perfectly, it is wonderful, we love it. I was a little concerned that delivery was taking a bit longer than I expected. I emailed the company and I got a quick reply with an update on what was happening. 2 days later it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. We are so pleased with it. Don’t believe reviews that say this company is a scam it is not. Really good service and a top quality product. I would highly recommend. Thank you

I love the digital download however I haven’t actually received my framed print yet.

Appalling service and a total P… take .. I was charged an extra £8 as I wanted 4 pets on the picture which I didn’t have a problem with … only for 1 then 2 proofs sent through with only 3 on ….. had to keep rejecting them finally on the 3rd attempt I got 4 because of how long it took to get 4 on the picture I ran out of time and the picture wasn’t delivered for Christmas unless u want to spy an additional £10 to go to the front of the que I think this in itself shows what the people behind this company operate on cash … cash … cash then customer service and satisfaction come a poor 4th am still waiting on receiving this I’ll never use them again. Terrible company.

Sent awful unclear photos taken decades ago and said please try your best as these grainy photos were all I had. Well! What came back was magnificent! They took the clearest bit from each photo and produced an amazing watercolour showing the character and love of my amazing horses. Just looked how I remembered them. Thankyou.

I absolutely loved the first picture that I got, so much so, that I just HAD to get one done of my other dog. The likeness of each dog is breathtaking and anyone I've shown them to have agreed. Having lost my big girl in March this year its a comfort to have her smiling down on us. Both paintings were wrapped up extremely well and service was very quick. Can't recommend this company highly enough

I sent them back a few times with suggestions and was really impressed that you can do this as many times as needed to get the picture just right - I even swapped one of my photos altogether, which I'm so pleased about. Customer service was a little slow over Christmas however have been good at dealing with a mix up! Can't wait to give this as a gift!

Absolutely love the artwork from my pet frame. Quality work and quick preview of the piece. So detailed and our dogs looked so handsome. Delivery was slightly delayed due to the postal strikes so unfortunately didn’t arrive until after Christmas.

I ordered 3 different dog pictures and I am so thrilled with the results of all 3! It was so easy to upload the photos I wanted and the previews came through really quickly. They didn’t need any amendment and the final pictures have captured the dogs brilliantly. This was a present for my mother in law and she loves it. It was our third picture and they were all great.

Received my portrait. Customer Service were very helpful. It took several changes back and forward, but now received and happy with it. Definitely not a hand drawing, more computer produced. However, I am happy with it.

I love the picture. The time between ordering and seeing the 1st proof was good but when i asked for it to be reviewed, it then took some time. I wanted it for a Christmas present but realised that when i asked for it to be changed it would take longer, however I was disappointed to hear that I would not get it for New Year because, in a reply from your company I was told that all your despatch personnel were on holiday between Christmas and new Year. Now there could have been good reasons for that but I am a senior manager in distribution and I would never allow all of my desptach staff to be on holiday between Xmas and New Year. However though I am very happy with the product, the reviewed watercolour is amazing and I now intend to give it as a Valentines day present to my wife (bonus points for me !!). I would certainly use your service again, but hopefully not for the same circumstances in remembering a loved one. Thank you.
