General questions

Do you draw more than just dogs and cats?

Yes, we have already drawn many unique animals. From cute bunnies to birds or snakes. If it is an animal, we can draw it!

Do I get a preview of my artwork before sending?

After ordering, you will receive a preview of your artwork by e-mail within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it. If you reject it, you can still add comments to improve the picture until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don't like it.

Can I have more than one pet in one portrait?

This is certainly possible. You can add up to 3 pets on one portrait when ordering. Do you want more than 3 pets on one portrait? Then you can contact our customer service for a special request ;)

Can I put the date of birth and/or death on the portrait?

Yes, you can enter the date of birth & death together or separately in the "date of birth" box.

Can you draw people?

Although drawing animals is our speciality, we can also draw people. This can be done on request. Please contact our customer service first.

Can my portrait be done without a name?

Yes, if you do not want a name on your portrait, you can simply leave the "pet name" box empty.

How do I take a good photo?

1.) The photo must have good lighting. Preferably with natural lighting.

2.) Close up and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front give the best results.

3.) Avoid blurred or dark photos.

Delivery & Returns

How long is the delivery time?

We deliver on average within 2-4 working days after ordering.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge £4,95 shipping costs for 1 Pet Frame.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours after placing your order. After this time, we have often already started to draw your pet(s) and there is a €7.95 signing/cancellation fee per pet.

Can I return my order?

Because the nature of our product is unique to your order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service, so that we can still satisfy you.
