Must admit I was a,bit dubious when I first ordered, having been very disappointed with some Internet Orders. However there was clearly no need for me to feel that way. I was sent a proof of what I wanted very quickly and I had to make a few changes to this proof. Within a day I was sent a further proof which was just as I wanted, I confirmed it and very soon afterwards received the print by courier. My wife and I are very pleased with the poster and it now hangs proudly on our 'dog' wall. Thankyou.

So I discovered My Pet Frame on Face Book. Usually I am dubious about FB ads but these looked so good I just had to have one. When the water colour proof of our late Border Collie Tam was received in less than 24 hours it was stunning. So stunning I immediately ordered a second framed water colour of our late Rough Collie Breeze. When they arrived by post, (a secret), my wife was stunned. She said she had never seen anything like them. Speechless. I have since ordered three further Portraits of our current dogs two in original style one further water colour. I was charged an extra £8 as I wanted 4 pets on the picture which I didn’t have a problem with … only for 1 then 2 proofs sent through with only 3 on ….. had to keep rejecting them finally on the 3rd attempt I got 4 because of how long it took to get 4 on the picture I ran out of time and the picture wasn’t delivered for Christmas unless u want to spy an additional £10 to go to the front of the que I think this in itself shows what the people behind this company operate on cash … cash … cash then customer service and satisfaction come a poor 4th am still waiting on receiving this I’ll never use them again. Terrible company.

I love the picture. The time between ordering and seeing the 1st proof was good but when i asked for it to be reviewed, it then took some time.
I wanted it for a Christmas present but realised that when i asked for it to be changed it would take longer, however I was disappointed to hear that I would not get it for New Year because, in a reply from your company I was told that all your despatch personnel were on holiday between Christmas and new Year. Now there could have been good reasons for that but I am a senior manager in distribution and I would never allow all of my desptach staff to be on holiday between Xmas and New Year.
However though I am very happy with the product, the reviewed watercolour is amazing and I now intend to give it as a Valentines day present to my wife (bonus points for me !!).
I would certainly use your service again, but hopefully not for the same circumstances in remembering a loved one. Thank you.

I love the picture. The time between ordering and seeing the 1st proof was good but when i asked for it to be reviewed, it then took some time.
I wanted it for a Christmas present but realised that when i asked for it to be changed it would take longer, however I was disappointed to hear that I would not get it for New Year because, in a reply from your company I was told that all your despatch personnel were on holiday between Christmas and new Year. Now there could have been good reasons for that but I am a senior manager in distribution and I would never allow all of my desptach staff to be on holiday between Xmas and New Year.
However though I am very happy with the product, the reviewed watercolour is amazing and I now intend to give it as a Valentines day present to my wife (bonus points for me !!).
I would certainly use your service again, but hopefully not for the same circumstances in remembering a loved one. Thank you.
